How much does it cost to rent a shop/stand in lebanese malls?

Hello, anyone knows how much does it cost and the requirements? I submitted a request on le mall, city center, city mall, abc leasing pages with no reply.

My friend wanted to rent in ABC (Achrafiyeh) back in 2017 and they quoted him 3000$/month for a small space in an area with no attraction.
I have no idea what the prices are now, good luck
