Working from home at night during this crisis?

We all know Lebanon is passing through a huge crises in electricity where most of the people are not able to work from home at night. So I was wondering how can we overcome this issue as we all have too many work to do and they will cut electricity during the night.

Is there any place anybody knows that I Can use just to get some electricity and work from using my laptop? I don't need internet as I have my 4G, all I need is a place to work from. Anyone feedback?

You can try and find a hotel/furnished apartment or foyer that has its own power generator, I can tell you the place I rent (still got power, for now at least) in pm if you're interested.

Lots of restaurants and cafés are allowing people to come in and recharge their electronics and use the WiFi without ordering anything.
