Bank Audi charges me 3$ per month for my fresh $ account. Payoneer might work for you, you don't need a lebanese bank account to link it to, they sent me a credit card 3 years ago from payoneer for free when I opened my account (you can acquire about it on their website).

You can also get paid in Euro on payoneer bro, just try the service, there is a reason why they are one of the best out there.

My challenge is getting paid in cash euro with minimum fees & commissions. If the transfer got received to my Payoneer account, is there a way I can get it in cash Euro?

Payoneer is refusing to transfer to Lebanon. At least that was the case with me and couple of friends. That was starting 2mo ago.
Before that all was very smooth.
