OLX store legit or scam?

I keep receiving ads for TVs and other electronic stuff from "olx store" with LL prices but their models are different from the Lebanese market.
Are they legit or a $ trap?

I got a notification a while back that OLX was opening its own online store. That may be it.

Talking of Olx, there is a Starz Electric selling TV tehrib at very attractive prices, even cheaper than US and Europe!
Perhaps he's bringing refurbished TVs?

So I am very tempted to buy a TV from ''Starz Electric'' who is bringing tehrib TVs cheaper than the wakil
He's giving a shop warranty of 1 year
Though I have no clue if this guy is an honest guy or will do problems replacing the TV with:
-Dead pixels if any
-Heavy clouding out of the box
-Scratches on the TV
-Any hardware fault
-Dead panel after the warranty is finished as this model is not officially sold by CTC

Specially that he pretends that it's the last unit of this particular model , so if there is any fault on this TV he wouldn't be able to replace it even under warranty

Anyone of you had an experience with him?
