Mainly ebay. You can only use paypal on ebay.
Paypal has. very strict buyer oriented policy, So basically the seller has to be 100% precise, honest and unflawed, otherwise it's a return/your money back.

To get what i'm saying:
compare buying the same item on gearbest with a credit card/ with paypal.
As a member mentioned on another thread, they make you pay extra for insurance which I would do if i'm using a card, but not with paypal because they've got my back if anything happens.

Ebay will be moving away from paypal (even though they created it) and move to a dutch processing company called Adyen. I think there is a better shot that this gets approved in Lebanon than paypal ever had since this company also facilitates payments for netflix and Uber.

So if you can wait a bit, ebay may be available here.

You might encounter the new payment system as soon as the second half of 2018, when the e-commerce giant deploys it (on a small scale) in North America. Seems like paypal is losing here.

Though he was technically a founder, PayPal was actually an asset of Confinity, then a meger between Elon's X.com and Confinity lead to a larger X.com which was later called PayPal which was later acquired by eBay.

I have an Amex Gold CC and I have paypal since 2 years although I rarely use it but it worked couple of times.

Few days ago, I ordered something on newegg and my trasaction was declined, my account was suspended and my Paypal account is permanently limited now.

Shipping was to California... not sure what's going on here but Amex cards are no longer working.

A couple of weeks ago I came across something that made me try to give it another shot at linking my AMEX to PayPal again and to my surprise it worked! I made a few purchases from Ebay and Walmart and everything went smoothly. So, I thought I should let you guys know.

I signed up for PayPal Bahrain since AMEX is issued from there. as for the address I just use my US shipping address.
make sure to verify/confirm you card after adding it.

As mentioned in another thread, they will suspend your account eventually; happened to me and all my friends as well. We all have Amex cards.

They probably have a big list to go through and haven't reached your card yet.
Did you put your card as a payment method ?
If that's the case it should have been charged immediately for relevant fees right?
Since it didn't, i assume something fishy is happening, not that i would trust this website in first place.
I advise you to call your bank first thing in the morning and tell them it was stolen and cancel it.
Alright man thanks! btw did anyone find a way to get a paypal account in Lebanon? I have a 20$ payment and the only option available is PayPal.
