Does anyone know if BoB finance and OMT will still be operational during lockdown?

More than half the country will still be open including financial services providers. It is like last time. Useless lockdown

It will be devastating for some sectors, while it is facilitating more virus spread, exactly opposite result. On my observations - due reduced visiting times sometimes supermarkets get so much people that they resemble sardines in the can.
