EDL residential rates

Hello.
Anyone knows if the EDL residential rates in Beirut are staying the same or increasing?
They are going to collect two bills every month now to accommodate for uncollected months and that already means double the monthly cost.
So if the rate increases too, it will be worse.

That would certainly be easier.
Or better yet, they should allow us to pay at EDL directly.

I think they are staying the same, no one mentioned anything about any increase. I think EDL should just cancel all bills after that horrid 4th august explosion. People are still reparing their homes.

No increase in the EDL tariff any time soon. This is a decision that the council of minister takes. EDL cannot take such decision on its own.
