Shipping a gaming laptop using shop & ship

Hey guys, so basically I want to ship a gaming laptop using S&S from Australia and was wondering if there will be any hidden costs like duties or so since I usually ship small stuff, also what if I want to ship something bigger like a TV, will it only suffice to calculate the shipment cost or I have to cater for duties etc.. also are duties still payed on the 1515 rate?
