As you might already know they are now both the same company. I recommend changing the WAN DNS settings to cloudflare and/or google DNS, been having issues randomly with IDM seemingly DNS only.wollyka wroteSame with IDM but it is back to normal now
Feedback for Cyberia
Yes I know same company. Already using Google DNS. It seems a problem with IDM/Cyberia/GDS side

Extremely bad connection every morning with ADSL, why on earth they keep destroying their own connection every morning?

I am suffering with private microwave right now, I started waking up early these past 3 days because I have extra work and the internet in the morning is just horrid, barely getting 4mbps and that's just unusable when all my work is with 1080p+ video streaming. If it actually weren't for alfa's unlimited LTE I am not sure how I could finish stuff sometimes.

What's alfa unlimited LTE? the 2 hours thing with a max download of 50 GB?

V2Ray with kcptun fixes almost anything.
I never tried it. Do you have any tutorial or links on how to setup it?Beta0 wroteV2Ray with kcptun fixes almost anything.

It's pretty easy with https://www.openmptcprouter.com/wollyka wroteI never tried it. Do you have any tutorial or links on how to setup it?Beta0 wroteV2Ray with kcptun fixes almost anything.
Enable V2ray instead of shadowsocks in the wizard. It already has kcptun enabled.
This only helps with routing issues/firewalls and single thread TCP connections. I doubt the issues with ISPs is due to capacities. From my test, even Ogero rate limit UDP connections, UDP is very slow from 1:45AM+, many sites now use http/2 for example. I noticed a big difference in video calls.

Looks like they are limiting torrent speed to max 300kb/s now
Even with hundreds of seeders I can't go pass 300

Did you try a VPN? if you get higher speed, then they are throttling..

Well, that's weird since limited quotas accounts are not throttled. Only unlimited or during unlimited nights.
However, today IDM started offering a one week free unlimited for Christmas. Maybe that's the reason!

Torrents are caped from 50kb/s to a max of 400kb/s even if you have a connection capable of 1.8mb/s
Cyberia is giving gifts like unlimited skype but they are killing the rest, it feels like we are back to dialup speed
