Just a heads-up, this game gets tons of updates, maybe 25GB every couple of weeks,
I have it on my PC, after they added Warzone to it I spend most of the time updating, last time I opened it I found 64GB of updates, like c'mon!
I am well aware of the update issue, it is still better than downloading the whole game from scratch.

1. There is an option to backup all the applications on PS4, unfortunately, it cannot backup a single game
2. Once the back up is complete (copying on an external drive) connect it to the new PS4
3. Restore the backup file then delete everything that is not needed

You cannot share games with different users on different consoles, the account and console need to be activated as a primary ps4 for this to work. Also you are able to move individual games if your format an external HDD from within the ps4 in order to play them directly from the external drive. The license is still for the same account holder.

The back feature is mainly when you want to change the internal drive or do a fresh format of it. Not to actually share data.

Again, data/games on PS4 are subject to DRM and are locked to the activated console and account holder. You are able to use the account on multiple consoles but then you will need to log in to the licensed account to play the game (the one who bought it basically).

you can recharge it as much as you want

I have to toggle VPN every 15 mins to bypass speed throttling, gets as low as 15mbit.

I don’t recall any throttling when I tried it, gave around 30 mbit
