There is problem with online schools software solution everybody using, they use very unoptimized traffic patterns and causing extreme load on all ISPs (not only IDM).
I asked my colleagues to call them and dicuss this.
If they will not listen or cooperate, probably i will explain in details and in way less polite words.

This issue affecting approx from 8am till 3pm, if IDM has issue out of this time, probably it is different problem.
Till now no answer from this eSchool, one of our engineers is contacting them, and i hope they will cooperate and we can make it great for all.
If he fails, i will appeal to public over social media and ask to call them "en masse" and fix their issues.

Well, I can "feel" it mostly between 11am and 4pm. Things were 100% normal again at 5:30 pm

Well it is back now at 9am
Edit: However, today it was back to normal quickly. Maybe because it is Friday and a lot of schools are closed

Anyone having problems with VDSL? Its seems the internet cuts and buffers randomly and lag spikes happen if gaming ever since I switched to VDSL ... I am suspecting bufferbloat/congestion is the issue. Is there anyone experiencing that or is it just me? I tried limiting the Wifi Bandwidth to 6mbps/28mbps (instead of the full 10mbps/40mbps) but the problem seems to persist still. I called IDM trying to explain the problem but its hard to explain and they just tell me open youtube 4k and stuff to see if I am receiving the bandwidth, but thats not the problem.
It is not only VDSL
It is started happening after the online learning and the lockdown.
Check if you have any packets losses try pinging 8.8.4.4 -t

But I've been facing this issue from july, don't think there was that much online courses going back then. Don't know. Playing Brawl Starts on my iphone the game sometimes does this small lags could be packet loss don't know. But thats what I want to fix
Weird.
Online gaming was the same going from adsl to VDSL (latency wise) except this month with all the packet losses (especially starting around 11 am till 6 pm)

Liars!lol same lame excuse ,i don t have that much packet loss it is around 5% and it is only because of congestion due to everyone is home. In the end we all have shared connection and the pipe feeding us all can handle so much. I bet you that at the end of quarantine eveything will get back to normal. You have no idea how many users they stuff together on the same cabinet and ip to make extra profits in the expense of quality. If you want to test their excuse just use 4g or try it around 3 or 4 am and you ll know. Add to that that the government decided to double quota/speed and some offering unlimited 7pm to 7am like our infrastructure supports it.wollyka wroteA reply from IDM regarding the packet lost (around 25%) and the extreme slowness

It is now around 3% after 10 pm. But it was a disaster all day.
And yes, it is because of the congestion but they will never admit it.
