Benefits of switching from Ogero's network to ISP's network?

I was wondering if anyone knew the benefits, if any, of moving your line from Ogero's network to the ISP's network when you're with an ISP that's other than Ogero.

So for example:
If you're with IDM, your line is either on Ogero's network or it's on IDM's network which is called "GDS network".
For Sodetel, it's called "Sodetel DSP" etc…

If one was to request to be moved over to their ISP's network, would there be any benefits?
And if so, what are these benefits?

The only benefit is worse service as it adds up Ogero problems + provider problems

In Lebanon it doesnt mean anything good. Because DSP business in Lebanon is heavily regulated, have very little freedoms, barely moving under burden of outdated laws.
Outside - it's exactly opposite.
But first to blame in such situation is DSP itself, sometimes they try to push nice initiatives (like permission for private companies to lay fiber), but way they push - only for themself and that will put competitors in very unpleasant situation(they want to become tzars in some areas, e.g. exclusivity). So it never works.
I dont recommend to switch.
