UPS purchase

hello awesome people
i am looking to purchase a 1 kVA UPS and replace the battery with larger 40 amps or 80 amps battery ( like car batteries )
do you know anyone who can do this ? i want to do it for my mom

recharge the phone , keep up the router , maybe recharge a laptop or a small led lamp for a while

Speaking of DIY, I've seen plenty of QC portable chargers here, do we have the module (didn't see one on ekt2) here for enabling 9-12-19v mode on USB-PD? I've thought about using a MCU instead

As you can see - it is fairly complex. Not sure it is worth it, maybe simple step-up converter module is easier? Or you need USB-PD specifically?
