Hello, I have joined ogero for the first time during the pandemic, and i m not sure why the bills is as below:

Prior to the pandemic, originally this plan is 4mbs 40gb, costs around 24K net total?

Also, can you please help me know what is the POS fees on my ogero bill, it is around 14k?

and how the total due is 11k??

I'm not sure what the POS is, I haven't seen it. But I do know that they always round up.

Have you applied for a service? If yes, this is the amount they charge you at Point of Sale (i.e. 14,000 LBP)
