Google adsense publishers in lebanon ?

Hello
I want to know if there is still google Adsense publishers in Lebanon after western union problems
I want to know how you get paid because there is no longer a western union option, also bank transfer is F*cked up by the government due to the new regulations.
I got a payment and the bank told me that they no longer can accept it because of the problems with ( تبييض أموال ), and there is noway to get transactions from a company outside Lebanon unless you have a registered company or something like that.

so if you can help me it would be appreciated

Please tell me you're joking... i started 2-3 months ago with adsense and I'm slowly reaching my first $100 was hoping I'd get.paid through western union.
God I hate this country sometimes.

have you tried to create a Payoneer account? it's a Germany based online bank.

The second time I visited the bank there was a different employer and everything went well.
