Regulations for food storage in Lebanon

Hi. Would anyone know where I can get documentation on Lebanese government guidelines for pre-cooked food storage?
I, and a few people, are going to work on a project in our neighborhood to cook meals for an entire week at a time and basically serve it for free to people visiting from lower income neighborhoods. Someone will be renting a shop (he can afford it) to use as storage. For the sake of transparency, we won't be accepting any money (to buy food or any sort of financial compensation) at all but just food itself in addition to what we can prepare and volunteers to serve the food.
Since this has to be safe and not accidentally kill people or get the project shut down, we want this to be up to standards.
I already mailed the ministry of health but they have no replied.

I would just say don't accept raw meat or fresh cheese because the conditions of storage are unknown, and you don't want to kill anyone.
If you accept cans, dry food, etc. just look at the date on the package.
Be careful with home-made food (home made pickles for example).
Nice project, do you need help?

Yes, sure. I'll definitely contact you in due time or put you in contact with the person leading the project.
