Terranet DSL, Wireless Package?

Well, I finally got a home phone line (hopefully that will cut cellphone costs). hahaha...
Anyway, I have DSL in my area and I looked around (online) and it seems Terranet is the best bang for your buck with unlimited 11pm-7am and double bandwidth speed during that time as well.

$18.99 is the offer.

Anyways, my question is this. They have a DSL / Wifi modem package for $69. Has anyone purchased this?
Is it a standalone wireless router and a standalone DSL modem, or are they built in one unit, meaning I can't seperate them and if I wanna use the router on another network I can't?
