Hello. Does anyone know where I can legally access the الجريدة الرسمية in some public library or similar for free?
If not, do you know anyone who has access to the paid version and is willing to look up if a certain decree was published?
This is somewhat important as there is an upcoming decree that can help a family very close to me.

It used to be accessible online for free, but starting last year someone decided you'll have to pay 550,000 LBP (yearly) to access it online. Your best bet is to ask a lawyer, they definitely have access to it. Check with your friends family friends or friendly lebgeeks.

Not sure if it's still relevant, but my university library has a huge archive of Lebanese newspapers and I don't mind checking if they have what you want.
