Hello everyone,
Would like to get your feedback on the this build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/86q7mq basically upgrading my 6 years old PC.
However i'm going to keep 2 items:
The power supply: CORSAIR AX Series, AX860, 860 Watt, 80+ Platinum Certified, Fully Modular Power Supply
Graphic card: Asus Rog Strix GeForce GTX1080Ti
The only issue is that i'm unable to find a Samsung - 970 Evo 250 GB, any ideas? Also is it better to get a Z390 motherboard?

looks good, I advice you to get a bigger ssd, 250 GB is nothing nowadays and games really benefit from being on the ssd regarding loading times
Since the 970 evo is lightweight (less than 500g) you can ship it from Amazon US and still grab a good deal, back in December 2018 i built my latest PC and got myself a 500gb 970 evo from amazon, shipped it with Aramex shopandship service, it did cost me 119$ (Amazon) + 11$ shipping to lebanon (Aramex) + 4$ customs = Totaling 134$ but keep in mind that SSD was still new and not available in the Lebanese markets, so right now am pretty sure you can grab a better deal.
PS: a newer model is currently available 970 evo PLUS.

Ah I already got another SSD for games, just forgot to mention it.

So far I wasn't able to find it in the Lebanese market. I have relatives coming from Canada in August, maybe i'll buy it from there and they bring it with them.

Nice rig, personally I got this SSD from Amazon, I benched it and it reads at 1.8GB/s and writes at 1.7GB/s, crazy for the price

The intel 660p is widely available here and it uses QLC which is the worst type as seen in reviews. For an ssd i would advise to go with the XPG8200 pro which has 3.5k read and 3k write(i own it and will post a pic) and is fairly inexpensive found here in Lebanon at mojitech. It also is on par with the 970 evo plus and uses TLC with SLC caching. https://ibb.co/XFZ0b83

Note: those speeds are on the 1tb variant lower capacity have slightly lower scores
As for your new Rig the components you choose doesn't make sense honestly. For example your coupling a 9th gen cpu with a z370 board which is compatible but seeing that they would most probably cost the same i don't understand why not go with the newer z390. As for the cpu i always advise to go for the i9 9900k for more future proofing and 100$ to 150$ difference is well worth it for 8core 16 threads.

I updated the motherboard to MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON AC, but will not upgrade to an i9

Thats a fast SSD, but if you compare prices the 100$ 660p is a good deal, the XPG you posted is a good replacement option for the Samsung 970 evo plus which retails at ~230$
