Circuit Builder Using Footprints

I'm looking for a circuit maker program that I can input the footprints of my components (motor drivers, encoders, motors, arduino mega). All the ones I've found so far either use their schematics (a lot bulkier) or do not have the components I need or aren't customizable. I just want to make the wiring diagram for my project. Anyone know of any such programs?
