Flexible Perfboard

Hi guys, I'm looking for flexible perfboards locally. I've checked the shops I know of in lebanon, including Katranji, Beirutronics, Beirut Electro City, and CNC Lab but can't seem to find any. Anyone know where I can find some?
Also, if it's entirely unavailable, is it fine to cut up a normal perfboard into smaller individual pieces?

Yes you can cut a regular perfboard..just follow the dotes(holes)with a regular cutter or a cutting pincers

Tip : get phenolic instead of fiber it is easier to cut

Thank you for your input, but where I can I find phenolic boards here? Everything I've found so far are copper.

Phenolic or fibre is the material on which copper is present..even though there are bare perfboard with no copper
