Good quality earphones in lebanon

I am looking for good earphones with noise cancelling / IEM (not headphones, im aware other thread exists but it is old and about headphones).
I use buses a lot, and they tend to be loud and annoying so i want earphones (preferably in-ear) that can help, my budget is up to 80$. I don't care about audio quality as long as i can hear songs decently and not annoyed by/being annoying to others. I would be grateful if you can point a location as well since i prefer to buy from a store than online. Thank you in advance.

for 80$, you'll have issues finding any good noise cancelling earphone / headphones.

however, (and weirdly enough) i once went to brands for less, they were selling over ear noise cancelling headphones that are not absolutly horrible for 50 dol (Philips)
