i am asking about the startup competitions, successful Lebanese startups, and if i have a startup idea where to start or anything in this area that can help?

You will probably find the site of BDD Speed.
Does it involve hardware?
There was a competition for startup sponsorship, but you missed it. Look out for the next one.

Google (incubators Lebanon), (angel investors Lebanon) and you will the groups dedicated for that.
Having the idea is the easiest part. You must validate that idea and it should be solving a clear and existing problem.
You should always focus on the objective and not the idea itself.

Start by preparing a business plan, Business canvas and Powerpoint presentation.

Finally note that is advisable to start doing work yourself and if possible make an MVP and some base before starting to seek investments and exposure.
