Wanted - Web designer

I am looking for a web designer for a project. Here are the requirements...if you can't implemenet them please don't bother.

1) CSS/HTML (external CSS file)
2) Tabless design
3) no inline font, style etc.. changes.  Everything must be done in CSS (external file)
4) 3 Pages required

It will be a very simple design if you are interested please contact me.  If you know someone that can do it also contact me.

I have gone through 5 designers and they have shown me hell.  A few of them like to rip off designs from the web and others have ego issues.  If ou suffer from these symptons then please dont bother :)

For everyone else I really appreciate the help.  If you can recomend some lebanese WEB designers then let me know.
