What is this lebanese slang that I hear most internet resellers saying

(X mega ISP gher X mega zboun) what does this even mean. I am very curious about this because it defies all my understanding of networking. I don't even know if it's megabytes of bits they are talking about

(X mega ISP gher X mega zboun)  it means different accounts but they say to all there customers they have all  the same account

and for Mbps and Mb/sec so lets assume they said 8 Mbps its in 1Mb/sec its only a assumption  i might be wrong.

Once a local isp told me that 1Mbps in there terms is 30kBps. So i canceled subscription after 1 month.

My guess is ISPs get real internet traffic unlike "zboun"  most of the traffic is localy cashed. from facebook to youtube or google ...
