In my case, these products were brands (so not really available on ali/other) and locally were silly expensive( at least 1.5x): victorinox, casio, Fragrances... Few days ago, I ordered something on newegg and my trasaction was declined, my account was suspended and my Paypal account is permanently limited now.
Shipping was to California... not sure what's going on here but Amex cards are no longer working.
