Wifi routers and smartphone bug?

I am having a strange problem for the last 2 weeks with my android smartphone, it's totally random, it can be once a day or 3 times, while the phone shows a wifi connection to my wifi router there are no internet connection nor I can enter the router/modem menu by its ip address, the other devices have internet, I am obliged to reboot the wifi router (tplink) to get internet on my smartphone again.
Is it an ip pool problem? If yes how to fix it?
