~ TVs will Win and Days that say Only High End Gaming Monitors For Gaming Are Gone and TVs for Casual Gaming (None FPS or Multiplayer) Are Gone.

The TVs  in 2019 will be a great competitors of high end gaming monitors with HDMI 2.1 48 Gbps Bandwidth tv will be able to do 120hz @ 2160p along with HDR at 4 4 4 subsampling  and hdmi 2.1 added Variable Refresh Rate to eliminate stutter and tearning like Free Sync & Gsync (disable Vsync in games will automatically reduce input lag too)  along with Quick Frame Transport reduces latency between the source and the TV, potentially reducing the input lag. Rtings introduced some testings for the upcoming tvs , days that say TVs are not for gaming even fps or Muliplayer are gone.

The  moment PG27uq (4K , HDR , Gsync , 144hz , Quantum Dot) and PG 35vq ( 3440× 1440p, 21:9 , 200hz , Gsync , Quantum Dot) Are released they will become obsolete  with the intoduction of HDMI 2.1 on TVs in 2019  ( 48Gbps vs 32.4 Gbps on DP 1.4) on addition to VRR , and quick frame transport.

DP 1.4 bandwdith cannot support native 2160p , 10bit HDR Color depth , 120hz , with 4 4 4 subsampling the it  will be restricted to 4 4 2  here is the catch of HDMI 2.1.
