Plastic Card Printing Shops

Hello LebGeeks!

Does anyone know any printing shop that can print out matte plastic cards, with some UV printing? Of course using a design I hand. I have gone to the usual printing shops (Maliks, Doculand,..) and they only provide a simple plastic card (usually that looks like the university ID's).

Any ideas?
