LAU internet limits

was just wondering does anyone know if LAU actually puts a limit on internet usage on-campus?
AUB limits their  students and addresses this on there website? but not lau?

Nope no limits on the LAU campus, i always download huge files

They do have speed limits (that you can bypass) but no quotas.

AUB has unlimited quotas for students.

Good to know but to bypass the speed limit i guess you would have to use a VPN?

You are wrong. a VPN wont help you much.But keep looking, you're close :)

I must admit I'm not a network enthusiast, but VPN (Cyprus) did slightly help me reach up to 5MB/s on Downloads.. Any further tips would be appreciated .

You are wrong. a VPN wont help you much.But keep looking, you're close :)

I must admit I'm not a network enthusiast, but VPN (Cyprus) did slightly help me reach up to 5MB/s on Downloads.. Any further tips would be appreciated .

What vpn did you use ?

I was using “Unlimited VPN App” and for some reason i can only use this VPN on mac, but is blocked on windows.
