  • Excel 2016: cannot create copy sheet

Dears,
I have MS Office 2016.
When trying to move/copy, create copy a sheet, nothing happen.
I was advised to update Office but due to Internet connection limitation, I can't do that.
Please advise.

I found a workaround that does the move/create copy: click on the tab with Ctrl and move the sheet. it creates a new copy of the sheet.
Still, I am trying to find the regular way.
