itunes backup extractor

I have an itunes backup on my PC. I am looking for a free program to extract the backup so I can take back the photos and different files.
itunes backs up the iphone media as encrypted files and not as standard image and video files. I searched online and found fake programs and paid programs only so far. Thank you.
