Need help can't get to PSN

Hi guys,
I would need your help, i have been trying for 3 days to get into PSN but every time it gives me " the sign-in ID or password is not correct" although i tried it on gmail account and it worked well.. what is the problem.. did it happen to any of you gamers?

can you login from a pc ? if yes try to change your password and try again

Call your ISP and tell them to change your ip because it's banned or something like that. It'll work after that.

EDIT: Just noticed that you're getting an error that the email or password are incorrect, not sure if what I mentioned will solve your issue. I only read the title.

Apparently, i just found our that the user name and password was given to a so called friend that's why the account was blocked.. I called the customer service of Sony, they told me to send an email for reset.. hope all will be ok..
