minecraft server

hey guys, i just started playing minecraft again after a very long 4 year break, i thought about making my own server so me and a couple of friends can play, but i was wondering if there was a Lebanese server already made so we can play with other people from the country, i looked around and couldn't find anything.
does anyone here has a server in Lebanon or knows anyone that does?
