Laws regarding media recording in Lebanon

I'm sure you have all seen videos taken in the West of police brutality or something similar that have gone viral and ended up in the news. Do any of you know about the laws here in Lebanon regarding footage? If I saw something brutal, is it in my right to record it? I'm not talking about whether or not the police will try and fuck with me (that's expected), but do I have the legal right to record it like the way people in the West have that right?
