need suggestions for a wordpress theme

Hi. I currently use wp-andreas00.

I like it because it has light colors, simple, and fixed width.

But unfortunately, it uses too many deprecated functions...mostly notably the pre wordpress-2.7 comments template.
Anyone can suggest another wordpress theme?
I needs to be fixed width, custom header (for custom banner), and light colors.

Edit:
I modified the wpandreas000 theme through looking around on google. I copied bits and pieces and made a new comments.php, edited the footer.php files and the header.php file too.

this is what I have so far. If anyone would like to look at the files there and help clean them up, it would be wonderful :)
