if any actually reading what is being posted on flip the switch ! just hours ago ISPs are all operating on IMEWE now , i'm getting 323ms with 11ms jitter at peak times on pingtest.net , VISP user ... DSL should get far more better results if i am not mistaken
Patience people we'll have drastic improvements by the beginning of August, that's what my provider told me - supposedly.

I don't know if the results are accurate on my iphone 4 but using the application of speedtest i'm getting the following:

Pinging this so-called IMEWE IP returns the following:
Pinging 4.69.143.238 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 4.69.143.238: bytes=32 time=97ms TTL=59
Reply from 4.69.143.238: bytes=32 time=97ms TTL=59
Reply from 4.69.143.238: bytes=32 time=102ms TTL=59
Reply from 4.69.143.238: bytes=32 time=96ms TTL=59
Ping statistics for 4.69.143.238:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 96ms, Maximum = 102ms, Average = 98ms
I'm on Ogero 512K. I wonder how other ISPs have lower latency (nearly half as Ogero's) to this server.
IMEWE effect over time= Zero.
I don't see any difference, not through streaming nor through gaming, and ping is an average 500ms.
Most changes are through DSL connections, VISP still lags behind because I asked them and guess what? They haven't bothered to answer me.
ping to 4.69.143.238
68 to 75ms maximum
I am seeing less delays when sites are loading up, ie better latency. Pings are consistently 200 or below now.
and this is from 8:40 tonight
Another test is to go to youtube--for me, the 360 resolution videos are loading fast enough to almost not need buffering. Some do, others don't--it is a big improvement for me.
and here is a pingtest

any new updates? im getting same ping and same upload and download speeds, but the truth is the pings are becoming more stable and consistent and my isp is changing between global reliance telecom and libantelecom from time to time!
Guys why almost every ping to EU servers is lower than pings to nearby servers, like Nablus, Tel aviv, etc.?
because there is no direct connection to any of that places
And do we have a direct connection to EU servers? Is it the IMEWE or CADMUS or what?

nope (not yet). Maybe EU is where ISPs get their internet already?
Internet in Lebanon is usually routed via Marseille in France.
