CableVision offering free receivers?

Hey guys..
On CableVisions website today i noticed a free receiver offer for the holiday season
Anyone knows anything about it? would it possibly be an HD receiver for the new channels supposedly coming soon?

Called today.. its an offer for a second TV receiver.
5 HD channels coming early January

so the second receiver supports HD ? or the existing one already supports it ? (am not a cablevision user)
and why only 5 HD channels  !!

we have 11 HD for OSN (movies, sports, fashion, food, style) , 2 HD for Al Jazeera Sports , 11 HD for Abou Dhabi (Movies, Series, Sports, Discovery) , and around 3 free HD channels among (NileSat + Arab Sat)

So from all these 27 High Definition channels we'll get only 5 !!

that if we exclude the tons of Sports + Movies HD channels from HotBird ( canal+ , nova , sky , Eurosport , ... )
Weird !

non does.. you can buy one from cable vision though for around $180 (not a DVR)

Actual resolution of DVB receivers in Beirut is 720x540, it's DVD resolution.
If you want HD picture 720p and more in Lebanon you should install a small dish with digital head and a digital receiver with HDMI(90$ for chinese)
