Problems With I-Mate Jam Screen Flicker, Please Need Some Advice

Hello everyone, i have bought two days ago a used I-Mate Jam for a good price and the device was good like new and working very well, today after i formatted the device and reinstalled windows mobile 2003 on it with all the necessary drivers, i noticed that the screen on the device is flickering a little and the colors degraded a bit to become similar to 16 bit. Have you ever got an i-mate jam? Have you ever faced such problems with it? If you have any suggestions, solutions, ideas or advice please reply to this thread, thank you very much for your help.

reinstall the drivers,
if it doesnt help, try to get a refund!
otherwise, youve been screwed.

actually I reset the device and it formatted and then it installed everything back automatically, the screen flickering was eliminated but the colors seem to be much the same, the colors are much different than those that were at the beginning since the day i bought, it was really working great until i did the format :/ do you know any color settings that could be modified in the i-mate jam?
