Which would be the best internet option for online gaming?

And I mean online gaming with an X-Box 360, so I can't use VISP's game servers.

The connection should have low latency and it should be reliable. Where can I get a connection like that?

Also, companies like Fast Net and VISP and IDM, do they have good latencies? Can someone please list what my best options are to pick? Thanks
