slow rm media files (rm: real player files)

i have some  anime  episodes anyway its .rm  640x480 and 250kbps

so when i play it on  real player it lagsat some parts as if im playng a game its crazy           all other media work perfectly execpt these files also i tried making resoultion smaller same thing     i think its gotta to do with the fatc its rm i have newest real player  also all my videos work fine so its theses new anime  videos i got like 40 episodes all have same problem

i also tried playing with screen  resolution no help
i have geforce fx 5700 incase  u need to know my vga
