Money exchangers with a favorable rate?

Good morning guys. I am currently in Mansourieh and cannot find anywhere that will give me a favorable exchange rate (31500 - 32000 per usd max). Can anyone point me to somewhere that will exchange USD at a rate closer to the actual rate? Thanks in advance

I usually exchange Beirut Area - Nouweiri street. They will give you the best exchange rate.
