Huawei phone problem

Hello all, i have the huawei p30 pro. Im facing a problem. when i take videos from main camera and watch them again. I get a weird sound at the background like " Trrrr" very weird sound. I took the phone to a technician. He changed the cameras same problem. But i know something that when we remove the back of the phone. Sound is gone. When we put the back the sound is back. I dont know what's the problem. Anyone knows what could it be? Help me please. Thank you.
