What can I tell you, it is a very ugly experience buying a car right now.
I got one few months ago after an anxious search, and I am not happy with it.
Be careful and remember that government employees (aka princesses) are not coming to work and so you might not be able to register it. (Car inspection is closed as well - I think)

the whole country is fucked up
I sold my car and the poor guy has been waiting for a month, he cannot register it. They are either not working or the system is "down/updating" whatever that is.
