Exporting my car from Lebanon

Hi,
I'm exporting my car. I've already done the "Enkad" paper from Nef3a.
Now the guy who's dealing with the shipping company is asking for the original Enkad paper to finalize the documents and eventually ship the car. My question is, if he has this paper, legally he could sell the car or register it in his or anyone else's name, right? How can I protect myself?
