Google Play Store - Lebanese Lira

Google Play store has stopped accepting Lebanese Lira.. is this true? I can no longer use my card unless I change store?

They never were accepting LBP.

The prices just get converted to your local currency to make it more familiar. It's just a marketing thing to make you more familiar with the service being in the country you are in.

All international stores have to use international currency (in our case USD) to transfer money.
