Hey, so a while back I started experiencing very poor internet quality from idm, even though my snr margins and attenuation and rate values are great and idm can't locate the issue from there end, i havent been able to use my wifi for the past 2 months, and now i called ogero as idm told me to do and convinced them to open a support ticket regarding my dsl line. The poor connection quality is very frequent cutting out,some websites load while some dont, cant send whatsapp messages/calls, but can almost always open tiktok. Anyone else had this issue before?
You need to check DSL modem stats first, if it is really DSL issue.

I never trust support, unless they provide data.
Also why they ask to open ticket, if your DSL stats are good?
They told me to contact ogero because idm cannot find the issue with my internet. But my stats are actually good and i live within 700m of my central exchange

update: turns out all i needed was a firmware upgrade on my d-link modem. IDM tech support never ceases to amaze me.
