Anandtech managed to buy an i7 11700k from a retail so no NDA on that, the review speaks for itself, Intel couldn't outperform their own 10700k! A massive fail with a massive power draw. And sitting on top is Ryzens.

I was not wrong when I said months ago that this is a new era in the CPUs history when AMD managed to outperform intel, they sorted their cache and ccx design and Intel now can't compete in any sector!
Was just checking the review now.

You are absolutely right about how AMD gained an edge especially now that the fabs didnt change and are still on 7nm with them.
I am seeing updates about a new BIOS that has the new i7 11700k and i9 11900k performance to where it should be, nothing final till the NDA is lifted and we get to see reviews

Gamer Nexus bought an i7-11700k and published a review, the video title will give you a hint, Waste of Sand, this CPU is overall competing with its last generation brother the i7-10700k where the older brother having an edge overall! Ryzen 5000 series is sitting alone at the top of charts

Reviews are out for the 11900k and 11600k, the 11600k is the best what Intel offers in this line, Intel is offering 8 cores Core i9 in 2021 where the last gen i9 was 10 cores! Even with 8 cores this CPU will hit 275Watts if ran without power limits to reach 4.8Ghz on all cores! Regarding 8 cores offering for i9, Intel had nothing to offer so they've allocated a big part of the CPU for AVX512, also they had their packagings set for 10nm which they failed to manufacturer so they had to go for 8 cores, they failed in all aspects, this is one of their worst launch ever.
