Need to use my paypal

Hello,

So I have a fully functional paypal account but the card has a withdrawl limit/not usable at the moment.
The account is functional just need to be able to put money into without a freeze or risky method.

What are methods/people who can do this?

Also what are some active services or people available who offer paypal in general (not looking for shipping companies that force you to use their shipping address)?

How much are the payments you want to make?
