Getting a job with the OSCP

Hello, I am a university dropout who is very interested in a cyber security job here in Lebanon. I am going for my CEH right now and am planning to go for my OSCP afterwards. What are the realistic chances of me getting a cyber security related job in Lebanon with these two certs?

You are more likely to be employed being a university drop out than having a degree, this is mainly due to the fact that they would consider paying you way less (unless it's a respected company).

To get a solid answer you would need statistics and I have not seen many of those.
Certifications are good. However the job market in Lebanon is not very big.
Give it a try.

usually a CISSP or a CISO is better received in the Lebanese job market than the OSCP ..they don't know what it is
